I’ve used Durashield twice for complete roof replacement from major hail damage - once in 2026 and once in 2018. I love that they are a local, family owned business. They are courteous, professional, do really quality work and their crews do a great job. They also served as the general contractor for siding replacement from the same storm, and worked closely with my insurance company to streamline the whole process. They are fairly priced and don’t try to upsell or nickel-and-dime you. They keep their promises and stand behind their work.

Quick response to my inquiry and excellent service the next day. The representative who visited our home gave us helpful advice on several things related to our roof, and fixed the damage I had called about on the spot. Definitely recommend this firm.

I contacted Durashield for a second opinion after my insurance company denied my hail damage claim. Danny was extremely helpful, professional, and honest throughout the process. After inspecting the roof, he let me know there was no damage rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. My initial contact was with Peter Dinardo. He was very easy to work with. He took pictures of my roof which I was able to show to my insurance company. He worked with my insurance adjuster and made sure the insurance company had all the necessary paperwork to move forward with the new roof. I opted to go with the Best shingle and class 4. I am very glad I did. I love the color and style of my new roof. It doesn’t look like everyone else’s in the neighborhood. It looks classy which I like very much. Your crew did a great job of putting it on and cleaning everything up. Alex called promptly after a hail storm and scheduled an inspection. Just completed this today - fortunately no significant damage. Worked with Alex when we had our roof replaced in 2017, he was very pleasant to work with and they did a very good job. Recommend you check with Durashield if you are in need of roofing or other exterior work.

Peter and Alex were AMAZING to work with! One of my tenants had a crazy leak around her door frame during a recent big rain/windstorm…they responded immediately and were very communicative and respectful about everything they needed to do and then followed up to make sure everything was good. Not even sure where to begin. 6 stars if I could. Been in a mad hunt for houses as of recently and reached out to the owner, Anthony, regarding quotes on roofs for houses I am interested in purchasing. The roof is the core to your safety. After having inspections, estimates, and interviews with several companies, our condo board chose DuraShield to replace the roofs, gutters, etc. on our 9 buildings. We found them easy to deal with. They gave us a good idea of what to expect through out the process, as far as timeline, costs, material delivery, worksite prep/cleanup, etc...They were responsive to calls, questions, and requests. As condo assoc president, I appreciated the daily communication during the job (about 3 wks). We were able to let residents know when their units/garages would be affected, and have any of their questions or concerns dealt with promptly.They cleaned up every day. They finished the job on time. All of our questions or concerns were satisfied. The finished product was very good. I feel very comfortable in recommending DuraShield. It's my impression that they really care about customer satisfaction.

DuraShield replaced our association’s roofs ~7 years ago, which was before my time on the board, but any time since then that there has been a question or concern, Anthony is just a phone call or a text away. They’ve done various repairs for us over the last few years and have always been fair and responsive. I would imagine we will continue our relationship for many years to come.

Alex and his team installed a DaVinci Select Shake Roof system on our home in DePere, WI and the project exceeded our expectations in every way. Our Condo Association recently contracted with Durashield in order to replace our roofs, siding, skylights, and gutters as the result of some hail damage in prior years. Our Condo Association had utilized DuraShield as a service provider for over a decade. So when we had hail damage to our 4, sixteen unit buildings, we contacted Anthony from DuraShield to help assess the damage. Once we received our Insurance damage payout, DuraShield helped manage our replacement project. Anthony coordinated the roof replacement, skylight replacement, EFIS repair, new siding, new gutters and downspouts and painting. The project was professionally managed, with each sub-contractors work timed perfectly for the next stage of the project. Anthony was considerate of our 63 Unit Owners making certain that there were very few disruptions in their daily routines. His clear and complete communication made it easy to know daily what to expect. As president of our condo association, when our insurer required an inspection of our roofs, I called and inquired as to whether DuraShield could do this for us as they had done the roofing installation just prior to my moving here. I received an immediate response from Anthony. Anthony was out within the week. He inspected the roofs (they were in great shape!) and told us to call anytime we had a question or concern. He has since been out to check for hail damage after storms, do insurance inspections and to advise on preventing and dealing with ice and water issues. All at no cost to us, all part of their service. Our beautiful roofs are only 8 years old so it will be a while before we need new ones but when we do, we will most assuredly be calling Durashield. A quality product combined with great customer service!

Can’t recommend enough. I’ve already recommended to others. Peter, my salesman, had great communication throughout the process, was more than pleasant to deal with, and the owner even spent significant time at our property to make sure the roof install went well. On top of that, they completed two roofs in less than a day with top quality work.

Durashield did a roof replacement on our 16 unit condo complex. We did some serious vetting of the proposing contractors prior to awarding the job to Durashield. We were provided with a one point of contact representative and he did an outstanding job of being on the job through the its entirety and addressing all the issues we encountered in the process. After a hailstorm just 3 years after the new roof was installed Anthony worked with us again to make necessary repairs to ensure our satisfaction even with problems not related to their project. Durashield is a very proactive conscientious contractor and customer satisfaction is their top priority.

I highly recommend DuraShield for several reasons. First, they were low pressure throughout and continually focused simply on helping me. We ended up replacing our whole roof due to a hail storm in May 2024. Alex came through our neighborhood and offered to fly a drone to take pictures of any damage. The damage was clear and significant, and something I would not have discovered on my own without hiring someone to investigate it. Second, they were patient and helpful throughout the lengthy insurance claims process. Specifically, there was no pressure to go forward with them as the roofers, but they still continually offered support and resources to get us the best funding for the project from our carrier. Third, the actual roofing and gutter installation was painless and quick. Anthony led a crew of highly-skilled and thorough roofers, who worked long hours and completed the whole roof replacement quicker than the initial estimate. We particularly appreciated the professionalism throughout the process, including cleanup each night and making sure we had ingress/egress when needed. I was initially skeptical about replacing our cedar shake with the Da Vinci composite, but Alex talked me through the pros/cons and the final result is stunning.I hope to never replace a roof again, but if I have to do so, I will absolutely use DuraShield again. I fully and unreservedly recommend them.

I called in the morning and an inspector was on-site by 1200, the same day. The area of concern was a unit in a condo association. A thorough check was done outside and inside. The inspector met with the unit owner and pointed out the problem areas. The report, with photos, was prompt and easy to read. The unit owner and the association were pleased.

If you are reading this review, and are in the market for a new roof, I without hesitation or reservation, full heartedly recommend Anthony and DuraShield for your job. We live in our "forever home" and our old cedar shake roof was at the end of its lifespan. Not wanting to ever have to put on another roof in my lifetime, I did my research and decided upon a composite DaVinci shake roof. DaVinci themselves had a select list of qualified installers in the Midwest, whom were knowledgeable of their composite product and capable of installation. Anthony's name was at the top of that list. I cannot compliment him, or his crew, enough on their professionalism and workmanship. Anthony was also pivotal in securing the proper snow guards, which often go hand in hand with composite roofing systems. It's been several years since our new roof was installed and we could not be happier. It looks terrific, eye-catching to say the least. It is not uncommon for neighbors or perfect strangers to stop in front of our home and inquire about our roof. To this day I still keep in touch with Anthony for a number of other home remodelling projects, and let me tell you, there is no more of a responsive and professional contractor you can work with. As a homeowner, I could not be more pleased.

From the minute I met Alex I knew he was the person who could help us out. We had a severe hailstorm pass through our area and from the get go our insurance company were denying the damage to our roof. Durashield did our roof and our siding after we had hail damage back in May. Alex worked with us to make sure we got everything from the insurance company that we needed. Durashield was amazing by assisting with our Office Condo. Association's claim process. This review process went back and forth several times until a complete re-roof was approved. Once our claim was finalized by the insurance company, Durashield's work crews completed the re-roof of a two-story office building in two days so disruption to the workforce inside the facility was very minimal. Highly recommend working with Alex & Durashield!
